Every gem in our collection comes with a certificate from an independent lab (GIA, AGL, GRS, or SSEF). We also provide our own detailed assessment report. You can verify any certificate directly on the issuing lab's website using the certificate number.
We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases. If you're not completely satisfied, return the gem in its original condition for a full refund. Custom orders may have different terms — contact us before purchasing.
All gems are shipped fully insured via FedEx or Brink's secure courier. Shipments include signature requirement and real-time tracking. International customers should allow 5-10 business days for customs clearance.
